Key Responsibilities
Foreman
- Lead and supervise crews on-site, ensuring safety and quality standards
- Coordinate project schedules and material requirements
- Interpret electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
Service Journeyperson
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems
- Perform maintenance and upgrades on sites
- Install and maintain data cabling and fibre optic systems
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Journeyperson Electrician certification/license
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Professional and respectful demeanor
- Interest in unique and challenging projects
- Aptitude for math and mechanical tasks
- Team-oriented with attention to precision
